Dear Soccer Fan, The West Bend West and East High School Soccer Program is holding a Goal-aThon fundraiser on October 10th to raise money for METAvivor during the East/West Match. “METAvivor Research and Support is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for women and men with metastatic breast cancer (MBC- the only breast cancer that kills) and funding research to transition MBC from a terminal illness to a controlled, chronic condition.” 100% of every donation to METAvivor goes to fund metastatic breast cancer research. The money we raise for the Goal-a-thon will go directly to METAvivor. Please consider donating to this important cause. The Goal-a-Thon is a very simple process. For example, if you pledge $10.00 per goal and the total for East and Wests goals on October 10th is 5, your total donation would be $50.00. Players will be collecting the pledges prior to the game on Oct.10th. All donations must be received by October 13th. Please make checks payable to METAvivor. Instead of a variable donation amount, if you would prefer, you may give a flat one time donation. Please give serious thought to contributing to the 2017 METAvivor Soccer Charity Goal-a-Thon. This is a great cause and the Soccer Players of the East & West High School thank you in advance for supporting a great organization.
