As we start our second year in business we would like to thank all of you for your friendship and warm welcome into the Morgantown community. It has been a wonderful year and the best has been meeting all of our new friends!!! Thank you for making the shop “your happy place”!!! It is going to be a busy month at the shop. We have lots of classes and events scheduled. So if you are looking for some quality quilting experiences check out our online schedule. We have a few openings for Quilter’s Day and Nite Out. This month we are making a fun quilt called Big & Bold. The kits will be precut and remember there will be no cooking, lunch/dinner is be provided.
...where inspiration greets you at the door The Arthurdale Homestead Quilters are offering a Sew– In at the Center Hall in Arthurdale on Saturday, March 17th from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This event is free and open to the public. This will be a perfect time to finish some of those UFO’s. Contact Janet Collins at 304-680-9912 for details. The Exploring Art Quilting workshop with Amanda Riley will have the initial class on Wednesday, March 7th at 6:00 PM. If you are interested in art quilting, this class is for you. We have added a new class to our schedule. Janet Collins will be teaching a beginning English Paper piecing class. This is becoming a popular technique. Stop by the shop to check out her samples and see what all the buzz is about. Up Coming Events:
