Where will you find your next breakthrough moment? Are you a female entrepreneur with your own fast-growth small or medium enterprise?

Would you benefit from advice and guidance from a successful female entrepreneur? Santander’s Breakthrough is delighted to announce the launch of a mentoring scheme for the next generation of fast-growth female entrepreneurs, in association with award-winning social enterprise Cause4. Women in Business Programme 2016/17 will support 30 ambitious female entrepreneurs and will match them with fast-growth female mentors who are running successful businesses with multi-million pound revenues. Mentors will be matched with mentees based on business sector and personal interests, with consideration given to the support they need to achieve growth. From January 2017 to June 2017, mentors will meet with mentees every six weeks to identify the business objectives and share progress, and the mentor will have an opportunity to share their experience on business success.
