For most people, when they think about the question “Who are you?” they respond with what they do for a living (doctor, salesman, teacher, etc.) But we’re not talking about what you do but who you are. You decided to take this course because you’re probably not as confident as you would like to be. Maybe you’re hesitant to start that business you’ve always dreamt of. Or maybe you’re nervous in front of groups of people. It could be as simple as starting a conversation with that person you’re crushing on. Regardless of your reasons, you feel the need to gain confidence so you can take action. In order for us to gain confidence it’s important for us to first examine ourselves and determine who we are.
