They are all attentive to people that go alone or feel inhibited and help them to get in touch with the groups that speak the language they want to practice. “We want to avoid isolation. If you want to speak, you’ll find yourself speaking to somebody in five minutes. Miguel explains that Mundo Lingo’s main public is not made by people that come to Buenos Aires to spend two or three days: “We promote the event as a cultural meeting so our public is full of people who are studying in Buenos Aires, working or travelling to learn the language.” Among the people that usually go to the event you’ll find a wide spectrum of nationalities. The organization has approximately 130 flags of countries and linguistic communities. And there are seven flags that they use the most: United States, Germany, Brazil, United Kingdom, Italy and France. There are also visitors from other countries including people from Asia, South America, North America, Central America and Africa. A MUST VISIT PLACE Mundo Lingo is a place where people have fun. It is very friendly and you can attend alone, with a partner, with your couple, be 100% sure that you’ll find it easy to establish bonds with people. In addition, it’s a good place to meet people who can give you tips about the city. “There are few places where you can meet new people without any excuse to talk; I think this is a unique concept and it is useful for many people,” comments Miguel. As the main idea is to talk and practice your languages, it’s a perfect place to improve your studies and overcome shyness. MUNDO LINGO AROUND THE WORLD There are another four cities around the world where you can live the Mundo Lingo experience: Montereal (Canada), which hosts three meetings
