Changes to the WDMESC Invitational Fall Chess Tournament: This year we have changed our tournament to a two-day event. The first day, November 14, will be for elementary students grades 3rd-6th. Day two will be November 15 and will be for Jr. and Sr. High students in grades 7th12th. Both events will be held at Wilbur D. Mills Education Service Cooperative Professional Development Center.

 Tuesday October 18-21: Engineering is Elementary Trainer of Trainers in Boston, MA.  Wednesday, November 2-6: 2016 National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) Conference in Orlando, FL.  Monday, November 14: WDMESC Invitational Elementary (3rd- 6th grade) Chess Tournament  Tuesday, November 15: WDMESC Invitational Jr. and Sr. High (7th-12th grade) Chess Tournament  Friday, December 2: Technology Fair (5th and 6th grade)  Thursday, December 8: Arkansas Capital Corporation will announce the top 25 Y.E.S. teams.  Wednesday, December 14: GT Coordinators’ Meeting @ WDMESC (session # 284252) 
