Charlie began his career in Commercial Real Estate over 24 years ago in Houston, Texas with Paragon Group Retail Division. He established the Houston Commercial Retail Division office for The Weitzman Group where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail properties. While working for the Weitzman Group, he was promoted several times with his last position being Senior Vice President. During his tenure, Charlie received many awards from the company for being a top producer. Charlie currently represents Verizon Wireless/Cellular Sales, Just Brakes, Shipley Do-nuts, CVS, Wing Zone as well as numerous local and regional credit tenants.
