Drappier Carte d’Or – NV Champagne Brut Champagne AOC, France 3,600++ With a fine aromatic richness, this Champagne opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate.

Rosé Ackerman Lamarte – 2016 Rosé d’Anjou AOP Loire, France 990++ (Glass 210++ / Carafe 650++) A bright and clear pink color with salmon shades. Refreshing nose with aromas of mint and white pepper, red berries as well as English candy. Fruity with aromas of strawberries and red currants. White Wines

Yali – 2013 Chardonnay Reserve Maipo, Chile 1,100++ (Glass 210++ / Carafe 650++)

Cap Royal – 2016 Sauvignon Blanc AOC Bordeaux, France 1,100++ (Glass 210++ / Carafe 650++)

This wine is shiny and pale yellow in color. The nose is elegant and expressive with prominent aromas of tropical fruit, such as papayas and pineapple, complemented by citrus notes. A well-rounded wine with good body and delicious acidity. The finish is soft and dominated by tropical fruit.

This Sauvignon Blanc has very open and opulent aromas with notes of citrus and passion fruit. It is fresh and aromatic, balanced between the richness and the liveliness with a long finish that ends with hints of citrus fruit zests.

Ackerman Bertinière – 2015 Sancerre ASC Loire, France 1,600++ A fresh and mineral nose with citrus and lime fruits. Dry, crisp and clean on the palate.

Ackerman Chantegrive – 2015 Pouilly Fumé AOC Loire, France 1,500++ The color is pale yellow with green hues. A very aromatic wine with herbal and soft floral notes. This wine is perfect with all salt-water fish, coquilles Saint-Jacques, or simply as an aperitif.

Le Monde – 2015 Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli - Grave, Italy 1,200++

BenMarco – 2014 Malbec Mendoza, Argentina 1,500++

Hints of pear, yellow plum, white flowers, citrus, toasted bread and oak makes this wine balanced and refreshing. This wine pairs well with fish, seafood, chicken, pork as well as with salads and appetizers, or even pasta with creamy sauces.

Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, cocoa, enhanced with powerful tannins and long finishing notes. Perfectly paired with steaks, burgers, sandwiches, cheese and pasta dishes.

Clearwater Cove – 2016 Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, New Zealand 1,300++

Root:1 – 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Colchagua Valley, Chile 1,200++

With aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, passionfruit, gooseberry and lychee, this wine pairs well with any Asian dishes, seafood or even with appetizers along with snacks.

Deep garnet in color with bright reflections. Aromas of ripe berries, cassis, plum and dark cherry, followed by light toasty notes. Juicy red berry and mocha flavors with a full-bodied structure, balanced by smooth tannins and a lengthy finish.

Chateau Montaiguillon – 2011 Montagne Saint-Emilion AOC Bordeaux, France 1,600++

Ruby red with violet hues in color. The bouquet is complex and spicy, harmoniously combining a range of aromas such as prunes, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and chocolate. This is a vibrant wine, refreshing and well-rounded, with full-balanced body and structure and a long, fruity finish.

This has a delicious supple red fruit character of plums, blackcurrants and cherries backed up by good structure and ripe tannins. This wine ages well, and the vineyards are wonderfully situated, overlooking Saint-Emilion and Pomerol.

Bertrand Stehelin – 2013 AOC Chateauneuf du Pape Rhone, France 2,800++

Rocca delle Macie – 2013 Chianti Classico DOCG Toscana, Italy 1,300++

This giant of the Rhone with its stunning juniper, cherry and cassis notes and this equally powerful as polished tannins triggers a mild tremor in the limbic system, our emotional center, and all the senses to vibrate.

Klippenkop – 2012 Syrah Robertson, South Africa 1,100++ (Glass 210++ / Carafe 650++) Fragrant cherries, candy floss and spice on the nose, with hints of citrus and plum on the palate. Full but not heavy, with an air of elegance. A great wine to be paired with aubergine or roasted chicken.

Dashwood – 2014 Pinot Noir Marlborough, New Zealand 1,400++ Our Pinot Noir is bold, fresh, direct, elegant and balanced. The wine delivers dark cherry, plum and blackberry fruit notes, with wellintegrated tannins. This wine pairs well with meaty fish, as well as white meat.
