NO. 1 – NO. 2 – NO. 3 – EXPLANATION: (CAUSE AND POLICE ACTION – USE EXTRA PAGE IF MORE SPACE IS NEEDED) On 02-16-2014 Winslow Twp. Police Department received information that Joseph Cuthbert may have been involved in sexual assaults involving juvenile males. The initial victim disclosed that sometime around September 2013, Joseph Cuthbert began sexually assaulting him. Winslow Criminal Investigation Division started the investigation and at this time identified four additional victims spanning 30 years that Joseph Cuthbert sexually assaulted. Joseph Cuthbert came into contact with all of his known victims while serving as an organist for several South Jersey Churches. Joseph Cuthbert was most recently the church organist at Erial Community Church, located in the Erial section of Gloucester Township. Joseph Cuthbert was arrested at his residence without incident. Joseph Cuthbert was charged with five counts of aggravated sexual assault, five counts criminal sexual contact and five counts endangering the welfare of a child. The accused was remanded to the Camden County Jail and Superior Court Judge set bail at $250,000 full cash. This case is ongoing, and Winslow Twp.
