Winter Wildlife Tracking Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 - 12p.m.-1:30 p.m. The CEDAR Center at Southport Beach House 7825 First Avenue, Kenosha, WI In the heart of winter, humans can curl up by the fireplace to stay warm, but what do animals do? We’ll hike the Kenosha Dunes to look for clues on how its wild residents survive a Wisconsin winter. Kids are strongly encouraged to attend, all ages welcome! The instructor, Nancy Carlson, is a master naturalist and expert in winter naturalist programs. Meet at the CEDAR Center in the lower level of Kenosha’s Southport Beach House. The entrance is on the Lake Michigan side of the building on the lower level. After the hike we will enjoy cookies and hot cocoa inside the beach house. Bundle up and wear your boots!
