IMPORTANT - PURPOSE OF DOCUMENT THIS DOCUMENT IS FOR USE BY CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE THEREFERENCED TESLINK® PRODUCTS FROM OFS BRANDS, INCORPORATED OR ITS AFFILIATES. THIS DOCUMENT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE INSTALLATION AND USE REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR ALL SAFETY AND OPERATING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ELECTRICAL AND RF EXPOSURE. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used near children or persons with disabilities. • Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. • Never operate this product if it has a damaged housing, cord, plug cable, or if wet. • Keep cord away from heated surfaces and liquid. • Do not operate where aerosol products are being used or oxygen is being administered. • This product is designed for indoor use only.

DO NOT PLACE A RECEIVER DIRECTLY ON THE TRANSMITTER - DAMAGE WILL OCCUR. A minimum of 19mm of space must be present between the transmitter and receiver for the system to work optimally. System damage and failure could occur if warning is ignored. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS This manual contains important safety and operating instructions for device that must be followed. MODELS: WCU-CU Before using the device, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the device, power supply and associated product(s) using the device. CAUTION -To reduce damage or risk of injury, charge only Air Fuel Resonant-certified products. FCC & INDUSTRY CANADA COMPLIANCE The customer and installer shall inform end users of the following to the extent applicable: This device complies with FCC/IC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines and RSS-102 of the IC radio frequency (RF) exposure rules only when installed according to the requirements in this installation document. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Gill Electronics could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE CONSIDERATIONS The customer is responsible for taking all steps necessary and appropriate for proper installation of TesLink® products to insure their safe operation including RF exposure requirements and all other applicable regulations. For the purpose of this document the “installer” is referred to as the person who is doing the actual installation of the TesLink® product. Safety is dependent on a proper installation of a TesLink® product. The Installer shall read and fully understand this document prior to installation. The installer must have a good understanding of electrical procedures and systems. There are no adjustments required at any time to the electrical components within the transmitter. Do not open the transmitter housings or make modifications to the Teslink® transmitter or components unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Gill Electronics. Any changes or modifications will void the product warranty. DURING INSTALLATION DO NOT connect this charger to an electrical outlet until: • ALL other electrical connections are made. • Mounting of ALL components is complete. • VERIFICATION that no short circuit exists in the entire system • VERIFICATION that transmitter is mounted in such a location and manner that no animate object, can in a normal manner of contact, come within 4.5” of the bottom of a transmitter. (i.e. the charge area of a transmitter mounted in a desk would be far enough away from the edge that if a person was sitting in a chair their thighs/knees would not be positioned with 4.5” of the bottom of the charge area of the transmitter). This is required to satisfy FCC RF exposure compliance. See ensuing illustrations for more details. • VERIFICATION that transmitter is mounted in such a location that charge area is a minimum of 5” away from any edge accessible to bystanders. This is required to satisfy FCC RF exposure compliance. See ensuing illustrations for more details. • Install under a horizontal surface only. DO NOT install equipment or route wiring cords in the path of any walkways or moving components. BEFORE drilling into the work surface, make sure that there are no metal objects, beams, or structures within 1.0” around (X,Y) and within 2.0” below (Z) of the transmitter. When drilling into the work surface, DO make sure that both sides of the surface are clear of anything that could be damaged The charging area on top of the work surface/furniture must be indicated in some manner.

AFTER INSTALLATION • Test the transmitter to ensure that it is working properly • File these instructions in a safe place and refer to them if re-installing. WARNING: Failure to follow all safety precautions and instructions may result in death, serious injury, or property damage. The installer assumes responsibility for such installation precautions and instructions and for any failure to follow them. May cause interference with touch screen/pad for some electronic devices. CERTAIN PRE-INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS Gill is responsible for ensuring products meet all regulatory requirements and provide instructions to ensure a proper installation. The customer or installer is responsible for taking all steps necessary and appropriate for safe and proper installation of actual TesLink® products. If there is the potential for a user’s legs to be under a transmitter (i.e. sitting at a desk or table) there are installation requirements that MUST be met as follows: • If the top of the seating surface is 22cm ( -8. 7’’) or greater away from the bottom of the surface/ desk/table then the only requirement is to be 2” from the edge. • See installation diagrams as follows for critical installation details. Product Manual ww TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM My electronic device is not charging. SOLUTION Confirm that you have followed the set-up instructions and that the Wireless Charger is properly plugged into an electrical outlet and the DC plug is inserted in the charger. Verify that your device is properly positioned on the charger. To reestablish a connection, pick up the device from the charger surface and then place your device on the charger surface. Confirm that the charging indicator light on the phone is active. Please note that if the device is not charging, this may indicate that the device has 12 been fully charged and no further charging is needed. PROBLEM The indicator LED is flashing while attempting to charge. SOLUTION Move your device to the center of the charging area to insure connectivity. PROBLEM The indicator light is not lit. SOLUTION Check to see if power adapter is plugged in to the wall and/ or the charger unit. PROBLEM The indicator light is blinking red. SOLUTION Remove all items from the charging surface and recycle the power.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Gill Electronics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. Gill Electronics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers.

OFS Brands does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate OFS Brands or Gill Electronics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/ power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting part or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Gill Electronics. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty. Product Manual ww TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM My electronic device is not charging. SOLUTION Confirm that you have followed the set-up instructions and that the Wireless Charger is properly plugged into an electrical outlet and the DC plug is inserted in the charger. Verify that your device is properly positioned on the charger. To reestablish a connection, pick up the device from the charger surface and then place your device on the charger surface. Confirm that the charging indicator light on the phone is active. Please note that if the device is not charging, this may indicate that the device has 12 been fully charged and no further charging is needed. PROBLEM The indicator LED is flashing while attempting to charge. SOLUTION Move your device to the center of the charging area to insure connectivity. PROBLEM The indicator light is not lit. SOLUTION Check to see if power adapter is plugged in to the wall and/ or the charger unit. PROBLEM The indicator light is blinking red. SOLUTION Remove all items from the charging surface and recycle the power.
