Monday, 06 March 2017 Gainsborough Old Hall Monday, 20 March 2017 Trip Leader - Mrs Howe Dear Parent / Carer, As part of our History topic on the Tudors, we will be visiting Gainsborough Old Hall. The children will need a packed lunch. They are not allowed to bring; products containing nuts or any nuts (as other children may be allergic to them), chocolate, sweets, energy drinks, fizzy pop, glass bottles or cans. If your child is eligible for free school meals, and you would like school to organise a packed lunch for them, please contact the office by Friday, 10 March 2017
The children should wear school uniform and have a waterproof coat and sensible shoes. The hall is always extremely cold so the children should wear warm clothes including a hat and gloves. The cost of the trip is £9.25 this includes entry, workshop, coach travel and insurance and can be paid via Parent Pay by Wednesday, 15 March 2017. Plan for the day: 9:15 10:00 10:10 12:15 1:00 2:30 3:15
Children leave school. Arrive at Gainsborough Old Hall Tudor workshop Lunch Tour of the Hall Leave Gainsborough Old Hall Arrive back at school.
Transport will be provided by Wilfreda Beehive. Mrs Howe will contact you if we believe that the coach will arrive at a different time. Please provide the telephone number you may be contacted on, if required.
