Y6 Parents' Tours Letter

Ref: JGR/JMA June 2016 Dear Parent/Guardian As part of our ‘Transition Programme’ for Year 6 pupils and their parents, I would like to invite you to join us for a ‘Parents’ Question & Answer Tour’ of Trinity Catholic College on the morning of either Tuesday 21st June or Thursday 23rd June. The tour will start at 9.15am and will last no longer than an hour. To help with the organisation of the tours, group sizing etc, I would appreciate it if you would let me know your preferred date to visit. You can let me know your preferred tour choice via the following: ● [email protected] ● telephone the main switchboard on 01642 298100 ● complete and return the slip below The visit will start with a brief introductory talk by Headteacher Mr Coady and will also include plenty of opportunity to ask questions throughout the tour. On arrival, please report to our reception area in the main building. Parking will be available in the main school car park; turn an immediate right through the main school gates. Parking is also available in the overflow car park situated opposite school (very top of Saltersgill Avenue on the left hand side). I would also like to invite you to our Open Evening for Year 6 pupils starting with us in September and their parents on Wednesday 29th June at 7.00pm (school will be open from 6.30pm).
