YEAR 11 LEAVERS’ PROM 25th April 2013 Dear Parents and Student The Year 11 Prom is one of the highlights of the social calendar when students and staff are invited to celebrate together their five-year partnership at Langtree School. The Prom this year will take place on Thursday 27th June from 7.30pm to midnight. The venue this year is the Goring and Streatley Golf Club where students will enjoy a 2 course meal. The cost will be £22 per person, which will also include complementary soft drinks on arrival. We need to confirm numbers as soon as possible and therefore we require full payment by Friday 24thMay. If any student is concerned about the cost of the ticket, please see me or Mr Brown as we do hope that all our Year 11 students will be able to attend. The Year 11 Student Prom Committee is already busy planning aspects of the evening and extra fund raising events for decorations etc. If you have any queries about the event, please contact either me, Mr Brown or Mr Hunt, who are working with the committee. I look forward to celebrating with the students and all parents are welcome to see students arriving at the golf club from 7.00 pm onwards. Yours sincerely
