Order authorization and approval workflow can be easily established using aBiz.

Template data storage The dbFront module provides an independent storage area for data to be used in templates. Database layout can be defined per user or group. Data is edited and saved by the user and applied to templates. This database module is typically used by large organizations to store corporate data or product information to be used in templates.
aCat:
Apply templates to groups of assets The aCat module turns the concept of Accelerator templates around. Instead of using the template as the starting point the user first selects images from the asset management system and decides the order in which the assets should be displayed. Templates are then assigned to the selected assets, deciding the way the assets are displayed. aCat can be used to create structured catalogs, contact sheets, catalog production mockups and much more.
