What is goLEAD (generationON, Leadership, Education , and Development) is a youth leadership training that teaches leadership and community service skills to high school-age students (grades 9-12). . This thirty hour program provides the caliber of leadership training typically available only to corporate executives and governmental leaders. It features a series of challenging lessons and exercises on communication strategies, successful leadership, team building, creative thinking and assessment skills, Participants work together as a team and create and implement a final service project.
