YOUTH TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM The Minnesota ASA/USA Softball Youth Tournament Sanction Fee is $80 per weekend. ASA Northern National berths can be purchased for $100 and will get you an A and B Northern Berth for each age group. ASA/USA berths must be agreed up with state office staff. Upon completion of this form, please save it and email it to [email protected] or mail it to the address below. Your tournament flyer should also be emailed with this form so we can put it on all of our social media accounts and websites.
