Pledge packets for the April 30th walk/run event can be picked up in the narthex. Everyone is welcome to join the kids at 10:15am for a 1.4 mile walk/run for hunger. Money raised will be donated to Feed the Poor.
G-E-T Vocal Point fundraising concert will be held at the high school gymatorium on Monday, April 17th at 7:30pm. The cost for this event is $10 and will go to help Vocal Point group travel to New York city for a performance. Sunday, April 23rd is “Hilarity Sunday”. This weeks featured Food Pantry item is: Cereal A HUGE THANK YOU from Julie Evanson and Jodi Cook, to all the wonderful bakers that so graciously donated baked goods for the April 8th Bake Sale/BBQ lunch sale. Without your help, we could not have had a record year raising money for the Zion Youth Mission Trip, and that we are so VERY happy when we hear their friendly “yes” on the other end of the line, when we call them every year asking for baked goods donations. They truly make our job a LOT easier!! Thank you, Julie and Jodi.
