9th grade students and parents will meet on today to discuss events and assignments to be completed prior to Confirmation Day, Oct. 29th. This is a very important meeting. We will meet in the fireside room following worship and will also have a brief overview of how to run the multimedia so you can sign up to help.

Confirmation Day is Oct. 29th . Please pray for our students as they prepare to affirm their Christian faith. They are: Tyler Seiling, Collin Zarcone, Angela Osborn and Hannah Trim.
Youth News Join us the first Wed. of every month for family meal night! We are offering a family meal following Kids Club on the first Wed. of every month. Parents picking up students are encouraged to bring the whole family and have supper on us. All are welcome- you don’t have to have a student in Kids Club. Come for fellowship with the whole family and enjoy a night off of cooking. The meal will be served from 5:00 to 5:45. If you would like you can bring a side dish or dessert to share but this is not required. Our first meal will be on Wed. Oct. 4th.

T.A.G for our 6th grade students will begin on Sunday, Oct. 8th at 10:15am. We will meet every other Sunday in the fireside room. Those attending the ELCA Youth gathering in June, please bring forms and deposit to the meeting on Oct. 15th at 10:15am. There is still time for anyone interested to sign up. See Deb for more information. This is a wonderful opportunity for youth to worship, serve and grow in faith with other youth from all across the United States Attention Parish Pals: Your 7th or 8th grade pal would like to invite you to “Trick or Treat for Hunger” with us on Wed. Oct. 25th. Please come at 5:30 to share a meal with us and we will go out at about 6 to collect food for the food pantry. If you have extra paper bags with handles please bring them. Attention: One parish pal is needed for our incoming confirmation students. If you are interested, please talk to Deb.
There is a Care Ministry meeting October 8th at 10:15am.
The worship volunteer sign-up sheet for November is now in the Narthex.
Tremp. County is conducting E-Waste and hazardous waste collection programs for homeowners in Tremp. County. This program will be held at the STCSW facility in Galesville for the Clean Sweep on October 14, 2017, from 9:00am to noon and for the E-Waste on October 28, 2017, from 9:00am to noon.
