ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 4002

A Bylaw to amend "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630" ____________________________________________________________________________________________

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 4002".

Administration 2.

The Zoning Map of the "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630" be amended to reflect the following rezoning: Civic: 575 Seaborne Avenue Legal: Lot 1, Section 9, Block 6 North, Range 1 East, New Westminster District, Plan EPP56997 From: A (Agriculture) To:

M3 (Light Industrial)

all as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of March, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of March, 2017. Public Hearing held this 11th day of April, 2017.
