304SS, M10 x 200mm, 7mm hex drive, nuts, washers, rubber seal. For fixing into steel or timber (coach screw thread).
DR2-1K-H04
304SS, M10 x 200mm, 7mm hex drive, nuts, washers, rubber seal. Pre-assembled with L-Foot. For fixing into steel or timber (coach screw thread).
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mark and drill 8.0 – 8.3mm pilot hole through roof sheeting and into purlin. It is suggested that a test bolt is installed to confirm ideal pilot hole size. Install hanger bolt using hex socket and high-torque electric driver or impact wrench. Tighten washer and rubber seal onto roof surface. Apply sealant if required (at the discretion of the installer). Ensure at least 50mm of screw thread is embedded into roof structure (timber purlins). It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the hangar bolts are installed in accordance with applicable building regulations and Australian Standards.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Loosen 2 x fixings to open clamp. Fit clamp over roof extrusion and tighten. Install clamp within 100mm of a purlin attachment point. Tighten fixings until clamp is secure - do not tighten more than 10Nm or crush roof profile. Ensure that correct clamp is used for the profile and that a secure mechanical lock is achieved by the clamp over the roof sheet (as shown on the right). It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the roof sheet is adequately fixed to the roof structure in order to withstand the wind and other loads resulting from the installation.
