Event Conditions 1. Rules: All Central Districts competitions will be run under the current (2016) ESNZ GR’s, VR’s & ESNZ Rules for Dressage. 2. The Organising Committee retains the right to refuse entry, alter the schedule, alter advertised times and cancel or divide classes as it deems necessary within the ESNZ and DNZ Rules for Dressage. 3. The Organising Committee disclaims all liability in accordance with Article 136 ESNZ Gen Regs. 4. Approved Dressage NZ ID Numbers: Horse/Pony identification numbers must be worn at all times when competing. 5. Riders with more than 2 horses: The OC will make every effort to ensure that riders have at least 60 minutes between rides. However, if this is not possible owing to the scheduling of classes, the maximum time possible between rides will be allocated. 6. Hats: ESNZ approved riding hats must be worn at all times, at all levels, during the competition. 7. All horses and ponies on the grounds after the official start time must be entered at the event unless the organising committee gives permission otherwise. 8. Competitors and spectators attending this event do so at their own risk. 9. All competitors and visitors to the venue must abide by the ESNZ/DNZ & Manfeild Park Stadium Health & Safety Policies and the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015. 10. Access to venue after 8.30pm will be via Kawakawa Rd. All gates will be locked at 10.00pm and re-opened 6am daily. For access outside these times, arrangements will need to be made with Stable Manager.

Other refunds will be paid as follows Notification of withdrawal received before Friday 12th May 2017 Entry Fees (excluding Online Entry Fee) less 20% Otherwise Entry Fees (excluding Online Entry Fee) less 20% per horse if vet or doctors certificate provided. If vet certificate provided, only the horse to which the certificate applies will receive a refund. If doctors certificate provided all horses for that rider will be refunded Other applications for refunds will only be at the discretion of the OC and if a refund is approved will be less 20% per horse.
