In addition to the entry fee per class please add an administration levy of $25 per RIDER. This levy is non-refundable if you scratch. (The administration levy covers your dressage ground levy, St Johns Ambulance, Catalogue, Ribbons, administration and judge’s costs)

Horses/Ponies are restricted to 3 classes. Riders must clean up after themselves and their horses. NO DOGS ALLOWED If entered in Show classes on the same day please indicate this when completing your entry. Parking: Entry for all cars, floats and trucks is off Bennett Road in designated area near the Polo Yards only. Entry to the Hawke's Bay Showgrounds will be by wristband only, through Horse Gate 9. Local riders please complete the “Volunteer” section of the online entry. The draw will be emailed to all riders after 10th October 2016.
