Credit card fee applies Woodhill Sands Ground fee : $25.00 per horse Non graded classes : No prize money paid Open classes : Prize Money 1st = $30 2nd = $25 3RD = $20 Obstacle course– **Dressage Waitemata members free – select DW discount in fees at time of entry Rosettes to 6th in all classes * Please state TOC with entry Additional Rosettes for Registered Restricted Riders Class 5 & 6 CN/C1 riders only : Rosettes 1st-6th or rosette from open placing -riders choice Class 9 & 10 CN/C1/C2 riders only: Rosettes 1st - 6th or rosette from open placing -riders choice Late Entry Fee : $20 per horse (only put in draw if class space allows & once entry paid)

• Entries can be made at www.equestrianentries.co.nz or on official ESNZ form and posted to Event Secretary, Dressage Waitemata P.O. Box 506 , Kumeu 0841 • Unregistered entries on DW Entry Form available on DW website or via www.equestrianentries.co.nz • Product may be substituted for prize money but will be to equal or greater value • Horses not entered in the competition may only be on the grounds with the permission of the OC and ground fee must be paid. • All Classes are run under DNZ & ESNZ Rules. Bridle numbers must be worn at all times on registered horses Arm Bands (from the secretary) must be worn by riders on non graded horses/ponies. • Whilst on grounds and not under saddle, all horses/ponies must be wearing identification tag with name of horse, name of person responsible for horse on day and mobile contact number for that person. • The horse must be entered in the correct class for its points regardless of the rider category as per article 460. E.g. a horse with Level 3 points but a CN rider still must enter level 3 or above. • CN is a rider who has never received any grading points, C1 is a rider who has never received any Level 2 grading points or above, C2 is a rider who has never received any Level 3 grading points or above. • Open classes earn grading points. • Non Graded Classes - a tidy dress code applies. • The Dressage Waitemata Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry and to change the program. • The Dressage Waitemata Committee accept no liability for damage, loss or injury to competitors, spectators or their property, in accordance with articles 114/160 of the NZEF general regulations. • Horse welfare comes first with Dressage Waitemata - Maximum 3 tests per day • Scratchings email to [email protected] , or text 0272917492 or via equestrian entries Full refund if scratched by close of entry, excluding online entry fee. After this a maximum of 75% will be refunded but only if the request is received within 7 days of the competition and accompanied by a vet, farrier or doctor’s certificate, or at OC discretion. Emails from vets/farriers not accepted. • Dressage Waitemata Member Accumulator Series -Trophies for all levels including Young Rider, Pony and CN/C1 &C2 (Amateur) Riders, & Masters will be awarded on a percentage points basis over all local competition days October – April . NO DOGS ON GROUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS
