• All players start with a soccer ball and dribble through the square. • The players try to keep the ball within the square and not bump into each other. • The players with a ball can score points by dribbling through the gates. They are not allowed to go through the same gate twice in a row.

• Players can score by putting the ball on the 5 meter line and score in the goal. • If you score in the corners of the goals on the left or right side of the cones you get 3 points. In the middle is one point. After 5 points, you move to the next line (7 meters). When you get 5 points or more again, you go to the champions line (10 points) • The player to score 3 times from the champions line first is the winner. • If a player misses twice from a certain line, he/she moves back to a line closer to the goal. • Point only counts if players dribble back to their starting point through the coned ‘road to the start’.

• Four players start at the same time dribbling to the other side. • The defender tries to steal the ball, if he steals it, he gets a point. • If players are in the middle square, they are allowed to score (pass/aim) on one of the 2 small goals. • After aiming at the small goal, players pick up the ball and dribble back through the coned ‘road to the start’. • After a certain time the defenders and attackers switch.

The defender without ball tries to catch up and steal the ball. • Both players can score, the attackers on the small goal, the defender on the other small goal. • If the ball is out of bounce, the attacker and defender switch sides. • After the attacker shot on the small goal, he/she dribbles back through the coned ‘road to the start’.
