Slide duo hinge into the vertical profile of the 2 frames to the desired position (fig A). Tighten grubscrew (B1) with allen key provided (B).

Butt horizontal profile into slot of vertical profile (1).

Lock into position with allen key supplied (2)

Secure feet to frame using countersunk toggles (3) and ensure the frame is vertical before locking into position (4). Assembly 1 Fit locking unit (A) loosely into base plate (B). Slide vertical post (C) over the locking unit , ensuring that A is sited as shown into C –fig 2. Make sure that the post is flush with base plate before locking in position from below with the allen key provided.

Assembly 2 Fit top and bottom horizontal bars to uprights ensuring that these are locked up tight and that the top bar is flush with the top of the uprights. The bottom bar is fitted 100mm from the base plate Tools required: 1 x 5mm allen key
