Brief Description of Activity
1 Management-level training regarding equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination
On February 4, 2016, our administrative assistant – who supervises company job postings – participated in the FCC's Equal Employment Opportunity Rules: The Nuts & Bolts for Eagle Cable Employment Units, presented by Elizabeth E. Goldin of Wiley Rein, LLP.
2 Participate in Job Fair
On August 19, 2016, Eagle headquarters participated in the Fort Hays State University Part-Time Job Fair. Eagle participants included our Talent Development Representative.
3 Internship Program
During this reporting period, our CEU hosted a student intern from Fort Hays State University. The intern was supervised by our Chief Operating Officer. The intern was introduced to the basics of the broadband communications and radio broadcasting business throughout the internship.
