Ok, veggies just straight up have a scrubbing effect in your body…I want to invite/challenge you to eat: A. One raw salad and B. One steamed or water sautéed veggie EVERY DAY> If you can eat veggies at every meal…great. But be sure to do veggies 2x a day…1 salad and 1 steamed/water sautéed/baked.
Veggie Suggestions to start with: Great Veggies: Arugula, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, celery, cauliflower, chard, chicory, broccoli, cilantro, cucumber, collards, dijon radish, red radish, kale, brussels sprouts, Romaine lettuce and other dark heirloom lettuces, parsley, mustard greens, nasturtium greens, Italian salad greens, shoots & sprouts, watercress, beet greens, beets, carrots AND, add a Healthy Fat to make veggies absorbable & usable by your body.
