ABA 607–20 Pre-Supervision in Applied Behavior Analysis Dr. Susan Ainsleigh Melissa Hunsinger-Harris On-line Dates: October 23, 2017 – Feb 24, 2018 This course requires attendance at 2 synchronous sessions online on Canvas, to be held on the following dates ON-LINE meeting dates: CANVAS synchronous sessions: Wednesday 7:00pm – 9:00pm November 8th or 15th (choose 1) AND Wednesday 7:00pm – 9:00pm January 10th or 17th (choose 1) Note: This class is a pre-requisite for students who will be enrolling in ABA 608 – Supervision 1 in Applied Behavior Analysis ABA 607 MUST be completed prior to enrolling in any section of Supervision in ABA; hours may not be accrued if ABA 607 is not completed.

IMPORTANT NOTES
If an on-site meeting of a hybrid class, including group supervision, is cancelled due to weather, a make-up class will be scheduled on the corresponding week-night in the following week. If part of a weekend class is cancelled due to weather, a make-up class will be scheduled on Sunday of the same weekend, or on an alternative week-end at the discretion of the Program Director and the Course Instructor. In all cases, students will be required to attend the makeup session. Dates and/or course offerings and/or course format (weekends/online) are subject to change. Courses may be offered on Sunday. Attendance Policy – Attendance is mandatory; students must attend all on-site meetings. If a portion of any class is missed, two points are subtracted from the final grade. For any class with make-up sessions, any student whose missed time exceeds the make-up time may be required to withdraw from the class. To qualify for the scholarship or Stafford loan, a student must take at least 2 courses (minimum of 6 credits) every semester. All courses are 3 credits, unless otherwise noted. Code: Section 20 & 21 East Longmeadow; Section 30 & 31 Concord; Section 40 Sturbridge. A student can take courses at any of these three locations. Code: Z1& Z2 are online classes; H1 is a hybrid class (part online/part on-site) in East Longmeadow; H2 & H5 are hybrid classes (part online/part on-site) in Concord; H3 is a hybrid class (part online/part on-site) in Sturbridge. Section 34 and Z4 are courses for The Guild employees only and only Guild employees can enroll in these course sections. The student must earn grades of B or better in all courses in the program. The student can retake a course and pay for it to improve the grade. If a student receives a B-, the student needs to retake this course and pay for it. A grade of C+ or below will cause an automatic withdrawal from the program. EXT 099 (0 credits) needs to be completed prior to enrolling in an online or hybrid course.
