December 21, 2012 On 12/18/12 at about 10:24 PM officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Fairy Chasm Road on a report of a female refusing to pay for a cab fare of $11.05. Officers arrested MICHELLE TURNER, 48 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Theft in the Fourth Degree. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was set to be released on her own recognizance. On 12/19/12 at about 1:06 PM officers were dispatched to Alaska and Proud Market on a report of a Theft of $563.02 worth of merchandise. Upon investigation officers arrested MARK ANDERSON, 53 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Theft in the Third Degree and Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/20/12 at about 6:06 PM officers arrested MICHELLE TURNER, 48 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $100.00 bail. On 12/21/12 at about 12:46 AM officers were dispatched to the Asylum Bar on a report ALANNA BREKKE, 21 years of age, was in the bar in violation of her conditions of release. Upon investigation officers arrested Ms. Brekke for Violation of Conditions of Release. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $2000.00 bail.
