December 18, 2012 On 12/13/12 at about 11:07 AM officers were dispatched to a Deermount address on a report of an assault. Upon investigation officers arrested JOHN SIVERTSEN, 43 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/13/12 at about 6:39 PM officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Tongass on a report of a female on the ground yelling for help. Upon investigation officers arrested KAMI RILEY, 37 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held without bail. On 12/15/12 at about 9:42 AM a female came to the Ketchikan Police Department to report an assault. The female reported that she had just given her boyfriend a ride and while in the car he struck her on the head. Officers contacted and arrested PHILLIP HAYWARD, 41 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/15/12 at about 4:34 PM a juvenile male came to the Ketchikan Police Department to report an assault. The male said he had been assaulted at the bus stop in the 2400 block of Tongass by his sister. Upon investigation officers arrested a juvenile female for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence. She was transported to the Ketchikan Regional Youth Facility where she was held. While at the Facility she was also issued a citation for Possession of Alcohol by Persons Under 21. On 12/17/12 at about 7:42 PM officers were dispatched to Park Avenue on a report of a male and female arguing. Officers arrested NICHOLAS BADER, 51 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $500.00 bail.
