Introduction Endanger animals are animals that are nearly extinct species like, the rhino polar bear, penguins, ostrich and snow leopard. Endanger animals are losing lives and habitats, some endanger animals are losing there homes for fur, tusks, medicine and teeth. The poachers and hunters want money by selling people parts of Endanger animals bodies. These endanger animals can not stop themselves from being killed by hunters, poachers also people stop adopting then soon there will be non left at all.
What polar bears eat
polar bears eat penguins flesh and leftover food under snow. There main food is penguins and flesh. there mother gives some to the cub(mother gets most of it though… poor cub).
Facts about polar Bears The other name for a polar bear is a sea Bear . There coat is pale and also keeps them warm. They eat seals and fish. They have claws that dig into the ice to keep then on there feet. Polar bears have two layers of thick fur and blubber.
Why are they endangered Home’s are getting smaller because the ice is melting . Also fishermen are taking there food. Poor seals are losing there homes.so there fore polar bears can not eat them.
The polar bear is also hunted for it’s fur.
Were they live Polar bears live in Antarctica and there habitat is in holes in the snow and also caves of ice(very good homes for cold places like that).
ostritch Ostrich live in a group of ten. Also they have really long legs and neck. Ostrich eat worms, snakes and mice. An ostrich layers is about 7-10 eggs in the centre of it’s nest. An ostrich can sprint as fast as 70 km(43 mph).Also cheetahs and lions are trying to eat them.
elaphants There tusks fall out around a year old. Elaphants are 10 feet tall and 6 tuns. They use there tusks for smelling and breathing also fighting. 6000 kg (6.6 Tuns hevy )
Why are they endanger The African elaphant is endanger because hunters want there tusks for desplay. They flap there ears to keep them cool and they also can amasingly block the sun with there ears.
Ostrich Ostrich live in a group of 10. They normally spend there day looking after there chicks. Also have to leave there young to go and get food.
Why are they endanger The ostrich is endanger because they are hunted for the skin and beaks. They can not fly which makes it easier for predators to catch them.
• conclusion my opinion about endanger animals is that them poachers and hunters shall be put into prison from killing these rare animals. Also sadly if they don’t stop soon there will be no more of these animals left in the world. Also some people would be really upset if there was non of these kind of animals left in the world.
