Primary Purpose of the Role Serving as the primary contact with the client to facilitates and implement People Centric systems, services, and methodologies while maximizing the impact and value for all stakeholders.

Primary Functions of the Position - Key Responsibilities & Duties          

Schedule and meet regularly with clients, normally at their location. Ensure positive client impact towards key goals and objectives. Assess and track client progress; communicate progress with key stakeholders. Coordinate multiple project teams. Coordinate internal resources to fulfil client needs. Facilitate client meetings. Inform Engagement Manager of client progress. Work with People Centric Staff to develop best strategies for clients. Implements People Centric products, processes, and methodologies Travel to clients out of town is required

Academic, Certifications, & Trade Qualifications  College Degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Management, Administration, or Organizational Communication or related field.

Work Experience, Skills, and Strengths 

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal



Must have working knowledge of general business practices

 Must be able to interact professionally with client executives, managers, and employees
