Primary School Project Progress Reports Adams Elementary School ADA-100 Adams Additions and Renovations 1. We have been working on preliminary floor plans. 2. We have solved the issue with the sanitary sewer line. 3. We have determined administration’s needs. ADA-901 Adams Cubbies and Coat Storage 1. FADCO was the lowest bidder. 2. Installation is summer 2017. General Information City engineers have begun coordinating their sidewalk plans with this office. I.T. is rerouting the fiber optic lines in preparation for construction. Coolidge Elementary School COO-201 Coolidge Courtyard Drainage Improvements 1. Dirt work is complete; sod will be installed soon. COO-401 Coolidge Gym Floor Removal 1. Complete COO-402 Coolidge Gym Floor 1. A Notice to Proceed has been sent. 2. Installation will be June 2017. COO-403 Coolidge Gym Wall Renovations 1. Demolition is complete; new walls have been replaced up to 8 feet; awaiting painting. COO-901 Coolidge Cubbies and Coat Storage 1. FADCO was the lowest bidder. 2. Installation is summer 2017. General Information Corbin & Merz Architects are contracted to design the security vestibule. There have been meetings to discuss the drainage project for the kitchen area and playgrounds. The portable classroom will be removed soon. This removal will tie in with the drainage improvement project. Eisenhower Elementary School General Information The 2016 Eisenhower Renovation building construction projects are complete. Garfield Elementary School GAR-100 Garfield Elementary 2016 Addition 1. Henson Construction has received the permit to begin construction. 2. Submittals are being reviewed. 3. I.T. is looking into rerouting fiber optics in preparation for construction. Glenwood Elementary School GLE-100 Glenwood Computer Room 1. Klemme Construction will begin near the end of June. GLE-401 Glenwood Gym Floor Removal 1. Complete. GLE-402 Glenwood Gym Floor 1. A Notice to Proceed has been issued. 2. Installation is June 2017.
GLE-301 Glenwood Storefront Door Replacement 1. A Notice to Proceed has been issued. 2. Access controls will be installed after door installation. 3. Door hardware has been ordered. General Information The letter of the day is “O” and we’re still looking for it. Hayes Elementary School HAY-901 Hayes Awning 1. A contract with Henson Construction is underway. 2. Value engineering options are being determined. 3. Construction will begin summer 2017. HAY-902 Hayes Cubbies and Coat storage 1. FADCO was the lowest bidder. 2. Installation is summer 2017. Hoover Elementary School HOO-206 Hoover Asphalt Track Sealcoating 1. A PO has been issued. HOO-901 Hoover Hall Flooring 1. Moisture testing has determined an issue. 2. Options to reduce humidity in the area are being determined. 3. The project will be conducted July 2017. HOO-402 Hoover Hall Floor Removal 1. A PO has been issued. 2. The job will be conducted July 2017. McKinley Elementary School General Information Great progress has been made on the bond issue projects. The security vestibule will be worked on at a later date. Monroe Elementary School MON-210 Monroe Track Drainage/Bermuda Sprigs 1. A PO has been issued. MON-402 Monroe Stage Floor Installation 1. Bentley Flooring has been issued a PO. 2. Construction will take place in July 2017. General Information A contract with an architect is being formed for another phase of on call projects which include a security vestibule and other renovations at Monroe. Prairie View Elementary School PRA-202 Prairie View North Water Well 1. Complete PRA-502 Prairie View Water Well Power & Sleave Conduits 1. Stalker Electric is running power to the well; will be complete soon. PRA-901 Prairie View Parking Lot 1. Lorenz Construction has completed the sidewalk in the front of the school. 2. Grading will be performed soon to begin the parking lot construction.

Taft Elementary School TAF-100 Taft Additions and Renovations 1. The courtyard concrete foundation has been poured; awaiting steel erection. 2. The gym floor has been removed; the paint is complete; demolition has begun on the bathrooms. 3. The security vestibule foundation slab has been poured; masonry wall is 99% complete. Carver Early Childhood Center General Information A review of bond issue projects is being conducted to be started at a later date. Cooperative Preschool at Northwestern 1. The lease agreement has been approved.
Secondary School Project Progress Reports Emerson Middle School General Information A space for Project Lead the Way is being remodeled and we are currently inspecting the work. Stairwell finishes are also being reviewed. Longfellow Middle School LON-100 Longfellow 2016 Addition and Renovations 1. We have determined a solution to the sewer line issue which will add some cost to the project. 2. The Stacy Group is providing several layout options to better utilize existing space. 3. Renderings are being reviewed. Waller Middle School WAL-100 Waller 2016 Additions and Renovation 1. Final drawings are complete & being reviewed by the construction committee.
Enid High School EHS-100 Enid High School 2016 Gymnasium and PAC 1. Renderings of the design have been completed and released. 2. Design development is nearing completion. 3. Drawings have been sent to Henson for cost estimate. 4. Discussions with city officials to relocate utility lines is underway.
Lincoln Academy General Information A review of bond issue projects is being conducted to be started at a later date.

Central Receiving REC-201 Central Receiving Structural Remediation & Dock 1. Construction documents are nearing completion. 2. Bruggemann is reviewing design with the city engineers. District Maintenance MAN-301 Window Replacement – ASC 2nd floor SE corner 1. This project has been moved into the mutton repair project. Enid High School EHS-901 EHS Life Skills Classroom 1. Demolition is nearing completion. 2. Plumbing has begun. 3. Submittals are being reviewed.
