Primary School Project Progress Reports Adams Elementary School ADA-100 Adams Additions and Renovations 1. We have spoken with City of Enid officials who have determined to leave the line as is; we will be constructing the new building over the line. 2. We have met with administration to discuss the school’s needs. ADA-901 Adams Cubbies and Coat Storage 1. We have approved architectural designs. 2. Installation is planned for over spring break. ADA-701 Adams Window Shades 1. Installation began January 17th. Coolidge Elementary School COO-901 Coolidge Cubbies and Coat Storage 1. We have approved architectural designs. 2. Installation is planned for over spring break. COO-702 Coolidge Window Shades 1. Shades were postponed due to manufacturers back order. 2. Installation will be the week of January 16-20th. Eisenhower Elementary School EIS-100 Eisenhower Elementary 2016 Renovation 1. The majority of the project is complete. 2. We are waiting on millwork to be delivered. 3. A final inspection will be conducted next week. EIS-201 Eisenhower Playground 1. The playground equipment has been installed. EIS-202 Eisenhower Playground Surfacing 1. The playground surfacing has been installed 2. The tricycle track is complete. EIS-701 Eisenhower Security Cameras 1. The cameras have been installed. EIS-702 Eisenhower Access Control Addition 1. Access controls are on order. Garfield Elementary School GAR-100 Garfield Elementary 2016 Addition 1. We have approved schematic design with The Stacy Group. Glenwood Elementary School GLE-100 Glenwood Computer Room 1. Engineers are evaluating the HVAC system in that area and working on a design. GLE-201 Glenwood Playground Equipment 1. Playground equipment has been delivered. 2. An installation schedule will be developed when weather permits. GLE-202 Glenwood Playground Surfacing 1. Playground surfacing will take place after equipment installation. GLE-203 Glenwood Playground Gate 1. The gate is being installed now.

Longfellow Middle School LON-100 Longfellow Elementary 2016 Addition and Renovations 1. City of Enid officials are narrowing in on viable solutions with minimal impacts. 2. We have reviewed preliminary options with The Stacy Group and we are looking into ways of utilizing existing space better. Waller Middle School WAL-100 Waller 2016 Additions and Renovation 1. We are 65% done with design and are working on construction drawings. 2. The project estimate is within budget. WAL-701 Waller Security Cameras 1. Are being installed now. Enid High School EHS-100 Enid High School 2016 Gymnasium and PAC 1. We have had several meetings with MA+ about preliminary designs; we’re making progress. 2. The site survey should be complete within the next week. Lincoln Academy LIN-202 Lincoln Drains & Sidewalks 1. Damaged entry walks have been replaced.

District Construction Projects (Not Funded by 2016 Bonds) Central Kitchen KIT-301 Central Kitchen Warehouse Renovation 1. We have performed an initial need’s assessment. 2. We are looking at window replacement and structural/waterproofing issues. 3. HVAC additions will be looked into. Central Receiving REC-201 Central Receiving Structural Remediation & Dock 1. Bruggeman Holtzen Engineering has completed the structural analysis and submitted a proposal for dock design. District Maintenance MAN-001 I.T. NW corner curb/ramp/walkway 1. Complete. MAN-201 District Sidewalk Trip Hazard Removal 1. Over 300 grinding inspections have been completed on the school’s sidewalks to removal potential trip hazards. MAN-301 Window Replacement – ASC 2nd floor SE corner 1. Enid Glassworks is fabricating the insulated glass; installation to be scheduled soon. MAN-701 IT Metal Blind (1) 1. Has been ordered; due to be installed by the end of January. MAN-702 ASC Lobby Blackout Shade (1) 1. Has been ordered; due to be installed by the end of January.
