Dear Team Manager / Club Secretary, On behalf of Marlow Football Club, I have pleasure in inviting you to enter our annual six a side tournament on the 7th and 8th May 2016. The tournament is played on the Marlow FC pitch at the historic Alfred Davis Memorial Ground, with its wonderful heritage and excellent playing surface. .

The above schedule is provisional and subject to change according to final entry numbers. Kick-off times will be confirmed two weeks prior to the tournament.
Entry Fees The entry fee will be £30 for each team, subject to acceptance. The entry form and cheques (payable to ’Marlow Youth FC’, with the team name written on the reverse) should be returned to: Marlow FC Youth Tournament Entry c/o Tammy Hunter 52 Foxes Piece Little Marlow Road Marlow Bucks SL7 1HF Alternatively, the entry form can be scanned and returned via email to [email protected] and payment can be made by Paypal to [email protected]. When making payments by Paypal, please ensure you state the team and age group the payment is for. Places are limited and entries will be dealt with on a ’first come, first served’ basis. All entries must be received by 10th April 2016.
Player Eligibility Age group player eligibility will be based on the age group that the team has played in the 2015/16 season. Under 7s All Players must be over 6 years and under 7 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 8s All Players must be over 6 years and under 8 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 9s All Players must be over 7 years and under 9 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 10s All Players must be over 8 years and under 10 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 11s All Players must be over 9 years and under 11 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 12s All Players must be over 10 years and under 12 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 13s All Players must be over 11 years and under 13 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Under 14s All Players must be over 12 years and under 14 years of age on 1st September 2015.
Cup and Plate Where possible a Cup and Plate tournament will be held, however, this is dependent on numbers. In the event that there are insufficient entries to run both, we will run an open competition but will give the option of a refund. The Plate competitions are intended for Colts teams playing in lower divisions. Teams playing in higher divisions should enter the Cup competitions. In a 4 division league, teams in divisions 1 and 2 should enter the cup and those in divisions 3 and 4 should enter the plate.
