ENERCON has many experienced Biologists, Environmental Scientists, and Wetland Delineators on staff with knowledge of the Section 404 permitting process. We have completed water feature characterizations and wetland delineations, and have developed mitigation plans for Commercial and Residential Development, Quarry Expansion, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, Electric Utilities, and new Nuclear Power Plant Expansion. ENERCON has proven success working with our clients to provide them with all of the necessary elements required to obtain a general or individual Section 404 permit. We have also assisted our clients in avoiding and minimizing impacts to jurisdictional waters to avoid the need for permitting.

Endangered Species ENERCON has experienced Section 10permitted Terrestrial, Aquatic, and Wildlife Biologists along with Wetland Delineators and Ecologists on staff with experience in evaluating areas for potential protected species habitat. We have completed protected species habitat evaluations, trapping and relocation projects, and large endangered species conservation efforts for Transmission Line Siting and Routing, Oil and Gas Exploration, and Commercial and Residential Development.
