National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA); 42 U.S.C. 4321-4347 is the basic national charter for protection of the environment. Endangered Species ENERCON has experienced Section 10permitted Terrestrial, Aquatic and Wildlife Biologists along with Wetland Delineators and Ecologists on staff with experience in evaluating areas for potential protected species habitat. We have completed protected species habitat evaluations, trapping and relocation projects, and large endangered species conservation efforts for Transmission Line Siting and Routing, Oil and Gas, and Commercial and Residential Development. ENERCON has extensive experience with a number of species including the Lesser Prairie-Chicken, American Burying Beetle, Gopher Tortoise, Migratory Raptors and other Avian Species.
