can accommodate up to 80. It has 2 kitchens that include a full refrigerator, stove and oven combo, microwave and sink and 3 bathrooms. The rental fee includes tables, chairs, set-up, tear-down, and cleaning. $250 half-day/$500 full day.
THE BOCCE BALL COURTS AND SPARTAN BAR
can be rented for Private Use at $250 for 4 hours, an additional $75 per hour will be charged when the group rental coincides with the Sausage Truck operational hours.

Rental of the Pavilion includes access to bocce court, stage, spartan bar, cobblestone patio, rustic barn-style tables, vintage x-back wood chairs, set-up, tear-down, and cleaning. The Pavilion barn rentals begin at $2500 midweek/ $5000 week-end.
THE MEADOW is located adjacent to the
Pavilion barn, this is the perfect location for wedding ceremonies, tented events and outdoor affairs. $500 midweek/$1000 weekend.
THE SANTA YNEZ GUEST RANCH is an exclusive escape located within Flying Flags. The ranches include 19 upscale cottages with high end finishes and custom design touches. Partial rental are not allowed. Full buyouts include exclusive access to the gated ranch’s 19 cottages, private pool, outdoor kitchen, ire pit and event area with outdoor bar, seating and bocce courts. When groups choose to host an event at the Ranches an additional $1000 event rental fee is due to accommodate for set-up, tear-down, and clean up.
THE VINTAGE HALL
at Sideways Inn is available for guests of Sideways or Flying Flags to rent. It seats up to 200 people and rents for $500 half-day/$1000 full day. Rental includes tables, linens, set-up, tear-down, and clean up.
THE SIDEWAYS LOUNGE is available to 21 and up groups only. We will reserve tables for large parties and offer it on a buyout basis. Pricing is dependent upon season, date and time.
*Venue rentals exclusive to groups with 20 site/room nights. Smaller groups may be considered based upon time of year and value of stay. **Groups who do not meet minimum requirements may wait until 60 days prior to arrival to book The Clubhouse or The Pavilion based upon venue availability at that time.
