Welcome o Meeting called to order at 6:25 o An email will be sent to approve minutes from 4/13/15
General o Introductions were made as well as introduction from our guest Ian Kough, o Thank you card from Maddie and Hannah was read for the scholarships they received from the board. o Discussion about the two time clocks missing was addressed. Possibly at the high school and Steve Krenshaw should check on this. o Still searching for a Boys and Girls tournament Director and a concession person.
Boys Program Update-Jeff Plotnik and Jason Johnson o Development Program gym times are secured with community ed (1 hour skills training and 1 hour open gym) and schedule will be on the website soon. Open to EVAA only. o Motion to pay for the 8C team coach. o Motion was made to increase fees to $180 (not including tournaments).
Treasurer Update – Anuj Kohli o New member Anuj Kohli will be meeting with Sunder Iyer for the roll responsibilities.
Logo Wear & Uniforms – Melissa Loch o Not available to attend.
Player Development – Chad Szumylo (Boys) & ______ (Girls) o Shot Club is now open from 5/1/15 to 10/15/15.
Website Development – Cristie Martin o Will be coordinating with Tom Hipple to be trained.
Girls Program Update – Amy Schwanz (?) o 1 Gym needed for the summer development program. o Not going to participate in the Rochester Tournament but will get into a different one for next year.
In-House Basketball Update – Derek Bishop & Nick Ehrman o Not available to attend.
Equipment Update – Lisa Spann o Not available to attend.
