Evaluations Arrive 15 Minutes Early to Check-in and Warm-up. If you can’t make the time for your last name, attend your divisional time. Or attend at 2:00 pm. Evaluations last 30 minutes.
WHAT PLAYERS NEED TO BRING: Glove, Bat (if you have one-bats will be available), Gym Shoes, Comfortable Clothes, Baseball Hat, Water Bottle WHAT PARENTS NEED TO BRING: Medical Release Form, Players Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct (3 forms needed every year), School Enrollment Form (only needed if you did not turn one in), 3 Different Forms of Residency, Copy of Birth Certificate (if one has not been turned in the past). New Volunteer Form (bring copy of drivers license) or Returning Volunteer Manager or Assistant Coaches for 2017
EVALUATIONS PROCESS: Check-in, Turn in League Paperwork, Get a Number for Your Player, Verify Your Uniform Sizes with Samples, Head to Gym to Warmup, Complete Four Skills Stations (Running, Fielding-grounders/fly balls, Hitting, Pitching.) Tee-Ball Players: Don’t need to attend unless you want to get evaluated to play up in instructional level. If you are league age 6 and want to play in instructional, evaluation time is 1:00 PM
Instructional Players: League age 8 wanting to play up in Minors Level are to attend the Minors time slot for your last name. Tell volunteers at check-in you want to play up in Minors and let the player agent know.
Minor Players: League age 10 wanting to play up in Majors Level are to attend the Majors time slot for your last name. Tell volunteers at check-in you want to play up in Majors and let the player agent know.
Softball Minor B Players: don’t need to attend unless you want to be evaluated to play Minor A. Then you must attend during the Minor A time slot for your last name.
