Vintage Handknits
Evelyn Shawl by Sue Hanmore
Sue Hanmore has worked with Artesano for a number of years specialising in classic designs. This is a beautiful cape, tied with a simple i-cord knitted in Artesano alpaca 4ply. The body of the cape is knitted in a simple repeating lace pattern, and is worked from the bottom up. The bottom of the cape and the end of the tie are decorated with knitted flowers embellished with simple beads. This is an elegant yet easy to wear piece
