Gallup High School CHRISTMAS BAZAAR EVENT RULES Aside from the terms listed on the vendor application, the following rules apply to said event: 1.) Payment in full must accompany the vendor application. 2.) All booths must be completely set up before start time on date of the event and taken down immediately after the event. 3.) Vendor will provide their own displays, props, extension cords, etc 4.) Pets are not allowed inside school 5.) Vendor is responsible for securing personal property 6.) Children must be supervised properly and stay at the vendor's booth 7.) Restrooms will be available for use by the gym. Basketball tournament is a separate event and individual tickets must be purchased to enter gym. 8.) This is a family oriented event. Any offensive or improper items or behaviors are prohibited. 9.) Vendors are responsible to clean up all trash, spills, boxes and unsold items. 10.) Set up will be available the night before from 7 pm- 9 pm 11.) GHS Athletic and Activity organizations are exempt from booth fees but must complete vendor applications and be approved. Each organization is responsible for submitting the required fundraising forms if necessary and receiving approval before booth is assigned. Approved fundraising form needs to be attached to the vendor application. And are subject to abide by all other event rules and terms.

Event Advertising The Gallup High School CHRISTMAS BAZAAR will be advertised as follows: 1.) Advertisement in the weekend newspaper on the weekends of Nov. 18 & 25 and Dec 2 as well as daily advertisement from November 27 - December 1 2.) Email distribution of the flyer will be made to all GMCS school employees. 3.) Flyers will be given to sponsoring club members and will be distributed all over Gallup 4.) Flyers will be available to vendors to distribute 5.) Event will be advertised on the Gallup High School Website and GMCS District website 6.) Unaltered flyer can be distributed through social media accounts such as facebook and snapchat 7.) Advertisement on radio stations and in newspapers that support this event as a free of charge school related fundraising event. 8.) Announcements will be made during the games at the John Lomasney Girls Basketball Tournament on Saturday, December 2, 2017

Gallup High School CHRISTMAS BAZAAR 2017 Vendor Application APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 24, 2017 at 4pm Hosted by the GHS Student Council, Baseball, Key Club, MESA and Junior Class ~ Bazaar Date/Time: Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 10am - 5pm ~ There are no guarantees for booth space assignments ~ The GHS Christmas Bazaar committee reserves the right to reject any application ~ One item of $10 must be donated along with the booth fee to be used as a door prize (please bring day of event) ~ Please submit payment with application (check or money order to : GHS MESA) ~ Booth space, table and chairs are the only items included in registration fee vendor responsible for extension cords, props and any other items needed ~ Open flames, alcohol, ciggarettes and drugs are prohibited on school property ~ NO REUNDS WILL BE ISSUED upon acceptance into Bazaar ~ Returned/NSF checks will negate eligibility and participation of vendor

I also understand that I am responsible and will be held liable for any damages that I or anyone affliated with my participation in this event may cause on the premises. Each vendor is responsible for filing their own sales tax report if required by law.
