FILE FORMATS & MEDIA Preferred File Format: PDF/X-1a Alternate File Formats: • Adobe CS5 Illustrator and InDesign with all fonts and images included • Adobe CS5 Photoshop Preferred Media Format: E-mail, CD or DVD. 10MB size limit for files emailed • If you send an “alternate file format,” please provide a PDF/X-1a proof at 100% with crop marks. PRODUCTION REMINDERS • All images should be final (color corrected, 300 dpi or higher and in CMYK color format). • All ads submitted should be suitable to print as is.
