Additional Fees: ● ESNZ Casual Equine day registration (Classes 4, 5, 6, & 7) - $5/horse. ● Eventing Flexi Start Levy for Class 4 only - $15/horse. ● Administration fee $10 per rider. ● Online entry fee $3 per entry. ● Camping on grounds (hot showers available) $20 per duration/truck. ● Open yards (including Eventing Canterbury Training Ground yards) $10/duration, or $5 just for Sunday. ● Covered yards and stables $40/duration. ● Duration of the event for the purpose of camping/yards/stables is from mid-day Friday 24​th​ until Sunday morning. ALL CANTERBURY RIDERS MUST provide assistance details (eg fence judges, writers, working bees) in the google spreadsheet that will be emailed to you.. Condition of entry. Late entries will incur $20 late fee from the date of closing, and will not be entitled to refunds. Entries to be made online at ​www.equestrianentries.co.nz​. Classes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5: Riders need to be full ESNZ members. First year of Full Membership is FREE for new members. Classes 4, 5, 6 & 7: Horses not registered with ESNZ may enter under ESNZ Casual Equine Registration. For Classes 1, 2, & 3 details of qualifying competitions must be included with entries. Qualification details are required for each Rider and Horse. Please refer to the MER Table on the ESNZ website www.nzequestrian.org.nz​ under Eventing/Competition/Rules/Minimum Eligibility Requirements. If in doubt, contact ESNZ Eventing Sport Manager first, and then the Event Secretary. Please supply a current email address for draw, yarding and event information. Event entry status, draw, yarding and live results also available at w ​ ww.equestrianentries.co.nz​. Payment of all fees must have been received by closing of entries, or you will not appear in the draw. Payments can be made by Direct Credit to 03 0855 0371245 00 - use your name, the event name and date for identification. Alternatively Paypal and POLi are available at time of entry. No Cheques accepted. This event is run under ESNZ General Regulations and Rules for Eventing. Scratchings as per Art 646. Requests for a refund to be made in writing within 7 days of the event.

Dogs must be on a leash or under control at all times. Prize money will be awarded at a ratio of 1 in 5 starters, as per Art 619. Rosettes 1​st​ to 6​th​ for all classes. Prizes for Classes 4, 5, 6 & 7 are subject to Eventing Canterbury acquiring sponsorship. Back number holders are required for all levels and can be pre-ordered from the Event Secretary $37.00).
