Additional Fees: ● ESNZ Casual Equine day registration (Classes 4 (if not currently registered with another discipline), 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9) - $5/horse. ● Eventing Flexi Start Levy for Class 4 and 5 only - $15/horse. ● Administration fee $10 per rider. ● Online entry fee $3 per entry. ● Camping on grounds (hot showers available) $10 per duration/truck. ● Powered camping sites $25 per night. ● Open yards $10 per night or $20/duration. ● Covered yards and stables $20 per night or $40/duration. ● Duration of the event for the purpose of camping/yards/stables is from mid-day Friday 23rd February until Sunday morning. Course Designer: Richard Crowe/Nick Pyke Area Riders Representative: Kirsty Sharapoff - Phone: 027 699 2441 Special Conditions: a) All riders must provide assistance details (eg fence judges, writers, working bees) in the google spreadsheet that will be emailed to you, this is a condition of entry. b) Late entries will incur $20 late fee from the date of closing, and will not be entitled to refunds. c) Entries to be made online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz. d) Classes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5: need to be full ESNZ members. e) Classes 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10: need to be an introductory ESNZ member, or pay a casual membership of $10 per event. f) Classes 1, 2, & 3: horses must be registered with ESNZ and have the appropriate start for the level competing. Event entry status, draw, yarding and live results also available at www.equestrianentries.co.nz. i) Payment of all fees must have been received by closing of entries, or you will not appear in the draw. j) Payments can be made by Direct Credit to 03 0855 0371245 00 - use your name, the event name and date for identification. Alternatively Paypal and POLi are available at time of entry. No Cheques accepted. k) This event is run under ESNZ General Regulations and ESNZ Eventing Rules. l) Scratchings as per Art 646. Requests for a refund to be made in writing within 7 days of the event. m) Dogs must be on a leash or under control at all times. n) Prize money will be awarded at a ratio of 1 in 5 starters, as per Art 619. Rosettes 1st to 6th for all classes. o) Prizes for Classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 are subject to Eventing Canterbury acquiring sponsorship. p) Back number holders are required for all levels and can be pre-ordered from the Event Secretary $37.00). q) Article 610 - Disclaimer of Liability. Neither the Organiser of any event to which these rules apply nor the NF nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to Horses, owners, Athletes, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. r) Article 611 - Reservation of Right. s) The ESNZ XC Style Prize will be awarded.
