ESNZ Membership Rules - all riders must be Full Members to compete at the event. For riders registering for the first time the first year is free. General Event Conditions & Information: - The event will be run under ESNZ Eventing rules. Classes 1-3 under FEI rules. The OC reserves the right to alter classes and prize money as required. - Strictly NO DOGS on grounds, riders will be ELIMINATED. Owners of dogs will be asked to leave grounds – no exceptions. - Strictly NO grazing on Polo fields or instant ELIMINATION. - Payments made by direct credit to bank account number 03 07260487663 00 please use riders name to identify yourself. Payments must be showing in bank acc by Friday 21th April will be deemed late and not put into the draw until payment made, late fees may apply.(Entering online and scratching without payment will incur a fee) PRIZE MONEY AND REFUNDS WILL BE PAID BY DIRECT CREDIT – PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BANK ACC DETAILS ARE CURRENT AND VERIFIED ON EQUESTRIAN ENTRIES. - Entry status - The draw / yard and finally the 'live results' are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz. Draw and Yarding will also be emailed to you. - YARDING -Where there are insufficient yards horses will be yarded/stabled at Foxton Racecourse, taken as first entered and paid for basis. - The organisers are making you aware of the Public Liability rule Article 610 - Prize money will be paid out at the ratio of 1 in 5 as per ESNZ rules, rosettes 1st to 6th for classes 4-10 and a ratio of 1:4 for classes 1-3 as per FEI rules. - Refunds- 80% entry fee, all yarding up to 9.00am Thursday 27 April. (Rule 646) - Refreshments will be on the grounds. - Prize giving, mounted for CLASSES 1 & 2 other classes unmounted with times to be announced on the day. - All riders in the Central Districts area MUST provide the name and phone number of a helper for either pre event, during or post event help. Entries will not be accepted without this name to [email protected]
