ADDITIONAL FEES: Equestrian entries fee $3.25 per entry ESNZ Casual Rider membership fee $10 (Classes 7 & 10) if not a full or introductory member. ESNZ Casual Equine day registration (Classes 5, 6 & 9) $5/horse (for non-registered Horses). Does not include PC mounts. Eventing Equine Flexi Start Levy for Class 5 only - $15/horse (for Horses without a discipline start). Horse accommodation available on site - $10 per yard, per night and $10.00 per camping vehicle, bookings with secretary essential off site at Ryal Bush (approx 20 mins) Conditions of Entry Competitors must nominate a named non-riding helper who must be available to help! Riders must assist when not riding. Entry fee MUST be paid prior to competing. This is a Health and Safety issue and a Public Liability Insurance issue. Entries not paid before the event will be automatically scratched in the programme. You cannot compete if you haven’t paid This competition will be run under the Constitutional Rules and Regulations of ESNZ and the Rules and Regulations of the FEI. All applicable regulations and rules will be strictly enforced All Pony Club classes are run with affiliation from Southland Pony Club & under Annex 5 ENZ Eventing Rules 2017 Version 5.6 The committee reserves the right to; cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times and transfer competitors between sections of a competition Article 611. If insufficient entries in graded classes they may be combined and prize money will be paid only if a qualifying round is completed. Prizes are given out to a 1:5 ratio of entries Entries made online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz Horses need to be appropriately qualified. Please refer to the table in Article 633 of the ESNZ Eventing Rules 2017 – Version 5.6, which can be down-loaded from the website. All Riders need to be ESNZ members (Introductory, Full or Casual) or a Financial Pony Club Member. All Athletes who have had a fall during training on the Competition site or in Competition must be examined by the official Medical officer before they either take part in another test, competition or leave the venue. The Athlete is fully responsible for ensuring that this examination takes place. The aim of this initiative is to encourage good, safe cross country riding, and educate our riders in this area. New MER rule - if you compete 2 levels below your qualifying standard you have to ride HC.
