Everything You Need to Know About Montrose Uniforms Required Uniform Attire Montrose Students wear a uniform to school every day. The Montrose Uniform is composed of items from Donnelly’s School Apparel and Lands’ End School. The basic required items are: • The Donnelly’s Kilt. Many families opt to buy two so that they have one to wear as they wash the other; however, the kilts are made of a hearty, stain-resistant fabric that can be worn several times before wash so some families get along fine with one for their daughter. This kilt is meant to fall naturally at the knee cap. • A Donnelly’s white, button-down blouse with the school seal. They come in short or long-sleeve, at least one of either is acceptable. • A red sweater from either Donnelly’s OR Lands’ End. It does not matter which red sweater, they must have at least one. • Plain, red, grey, navy, white, or black knee socks from any store. Donnelly’s, Lands’ End, Target, and Kohl’s carry knee socks. • Plain, black, flat shoes from any store. Donnelly’s does carry a shoe option. Any embellishment on the shoes should be minimal. Large buckles, flowers, or other colored embellishments are not allowed. Avoid ballet flats that easily fall off the feet. Optional Uniform Attire • White or navy blue polo shirts with the Montrose name. Available in short or long-sleeve, and can be purchased through Lands’ End. • Plain white turtleneck worn with crew neck sweater Gym Uniforms • The Montrose tee-shirt and the Montrose black mesh shorts. These are required for any student taking Fitness. These are available at our school store Montrosia. • You can also purchase dark navy or black track pants from Montrosia or Lands’ End. These are optional. • A Montrose sweatshirt from the school store Montrosia. This is optional. Winter Weather For warmth between December and March, students may wear only the following under the Montrose uniform to and from school: • Montrose gym uniform pants. Purchased at Lands’ End. • Wind pants that are part of the warm ups for the J.V. or varsity teams. • Plain black pants. This exludes sweatpants and flannel.
Uniform Vendor Information Donnelly’s School Apparel • Uniform Fitting Day is not the only opportunity to order your daughter’s uniform items. If you already know her size you can purchase her uniform any time by mailing an order form. Order forms are available in the Admissions Office if you need one.

As long as your order before June 15th you will receive a special 10% discount. All alterations are free. If you do not know your daughter's size and cannot attend the uniform fitting you can always visit a Donnelly's apparel location OR measure your daughter yourself and give her measurements to a Donnelly's associate over the phone. Donnelly's School Apparel information is available on the web at: http://www.donnellysclothing.com/ When you order from Donnelly’s you are not expected to pay in full but you are expected to place a minimum $20 deposit. You can pay using a credit card, personal check or cash. All placed Donnelly’s orders can either be mailed to your house or picked up at the Donnelly's Store located at 101 Broadway Road, Unit 9 Dracut, MA 01826 978.654.6954. If you place your order by July 21 you may add your order to the Montrose shipment to avoid the shipment cost. The shipment will be delivered to Montrose and uniform pick-up day is Tuesday, July 24 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Montrose School. If you are unable to attend, please schedule a time with Admissions to pick up your uniform.
Lands’ End School • Lands’ End also provides some uniform sweater and shirt options.
