This Registered Detail relates to Bespoke Modular Building's construction method for single storey modular domestic extensions for domestic and disabled purposes. Conditions of use are highlighted in section 10 below.
The construction method is approved for single storey domestic extensions only. The following items are site specific and therefore outside the scope of this certification 1. Foundations except where swift base is used. 2. Foul drainage disposal. 3. Space heating and hot water storage and distribution. 4. Remediation of ground contamination. 5. Structural support to existing walls where openings exceed 1500mm clear. 6. Fire spread between buildings. Structural design limitations are: Urban Environment Maximum 190m above sea level Maximum basic wind speed 24m/s (as stipulated in structural calculations)
LABC consider that, Bespoke Modular Buildings: Construction of Modular Buildings for Domestic and Disabled Purposes, will meet the functional requirements of the Building Regulations (listed below) if the criteria detailed in this certificate are met;
